Swingin' In The Rain

The 2005 US Masters was the fifteenth PGA tournament of the year, and the ninth to be troubled by bad weather. To keep everyone's spirits up we have commissioned a special wet-weather song to hum as you trudge through the mud. We don't, however, recommend dancing on the course, as this may damage the greens or put your back out.

Original music by Nacio Herb Brown and lyrics by Arthur Freed

I'm swingin' in the rain,
Just swingin' in the rain,
For the ninth time this year,
I'm soakin' again.

I'm shelterin' from clouds,
It's all I can do,
'Cause the rain's in my shoes
And I'm catchin' the 'flu.

Since the stormy clouds chased
Everyone from the place,
There's no-one to watch,
It's a bloody disgrace.

How do they explain,
That it's happened again,
'Cause we're swingin',
Just swingin' in the rain.

MUSICAL WINTERLUDE

I'm swingin' in the rain,
Just swingin' in the rain,
For the eighth time this year,
I'm soakin' again.

I'm shelterin' from clouds,
It's all I can do,
'Cause the rain's in my shoes
And I'm catchin' the 'flu.

Since the stormy clouds chased
Everyone from the place,
There's no-one to watch,
It's a bloody disgrace.

How do they explain,
That it's happenend again,
'Cause we're swingin',
Just swingin' in the rain.

Played by more Duffers than any other ball
Play the Great Greta - the Duffer's most trusted weapon
The golfer's bra - supporting women's golf for twenty years
For the Duffer whose game really stinks!
It's a pleasure to play badly in the Duffer's favourite shoe. Sand, water and rough-proof, even after 150 shots!
The ball even Duffers can't cut!
