I Won The Open
Tiger has won his second Open Championship, and with it his second career Grand Slam. He is also now over half way to his target of overhauling Jack Nicklaus' record of 18 major championships. He had a lot to celebrate on Sunday evening.
Original music and lyrics by Bob Marley and Eric Clapton

I won the Open, and I just lifted the Claret Jug.
I won the Open, and I just lifted the Claret Jug.
All around St Andrews town,
They wanted to track me down.
They were all rooting for Montgomerie,
They all wanted Monty to beat me.
But he came in five behind me.
So I say:
I won the Open, and I swear I’ll make a great defence.
I won the Open, that makes two grand slams so this was just immense.
Stevie Williams is a great caddie;
Got my red shirt on.
Mum and Elin were there watching me.
And my Dad saw it on TV.
Yes my Dad saw it on TV.
I say:
I won the Open, and I swear I’ll make a great defence.
I won the Open, and I swear I’ll make a great defence.
This is the second time now
I’ve won in the Auld Grey Toun.
All of a sudden I’ve got ten majors now.
I won this one hands down.
2-7-4 to get around.
I say:
I won the Open, and I just lifted the Claret Jug.
I won the Open, and I just lifted the Claret Jug.
This victory’s as sweet as honey.
And it’s all down to Haney.
Every day he’s been there on the range,
Just watching me as I grind it out.
Yes, watching me as I grind it out.
So I say:
I won the Open, and I just lifted the Claret Jug, oh yes.
I won the Open, and I just lifted the Claret Jug, oh yes.
