Anyone For Tee comes to the rescue of banned Wentworth 8-handicapper suspected of being a 36!!
By our Modelling Correspondent Didi Toppliss

UK.  Top English golf club Wentworth has kicked out an 8-handicap woman player – for being a former Page 3 topless model. But in an uplifting moment for women golfers everywhere, Anyone For Tee has come to the rescue.

Wentworth GCLiz Hoad, aged 39 (pictured above right), was told by the Wentworth authorities that she was no longer welcome, despite having earlier been granted a three-month probationary membership.

Speaking to The Sun newspaper and Anyone For Tee she said: "I was told my background was much too raunchy for the fuddy duddies who run Wentworth. Lady members were worried I would be seducing their husbands out on the fairways."
Liz in 1983
Tabloid newspaper The Sun pictured the young Liz back in 1983 (picture right) when her bountiful 36DD proved no handicap to media stardom.

Showing a lot of front, Liz enjoyed headline-grabbing affairs (below) with the Queen’s cousin Lord Lichfield, golfer Seve Ballesteros and racing driver James Hunt.

She had been a golf pro at the age of 16 and once played on the Ladies Tour.

Duffingham Park GCBut Anyone For Tee believes the ejection of Liz from snooty Wentworth is an insult to woman golfers everywhere. We have consequently offered her private membership at our swanky new Duffingham Park course (left) being developed on unreclaimed swamp land just outside Anyone For Tee's global headquarters in Duffton-Upon-Thames, Surrey.

Craig Stadler - 68 DD-cupAn Anyone For Tee spokesman said in a statement: "We’ve had our hands full coping with membership enquiries but boy they’re going to be a lot fuller now! We are firmly committed to equal opportunities and don’t see why the 'emphatically endowed' golfer should be discriminated against. After all, Craig Stadler (right) has been playing the US tour for years. And he’s a 68DD."

Criticising the Wentworth position, he continued: "Frankly they have not kept abreast of our equal opportunity times. Women's golf is full of knockers – and quite splendid some of them are too!!"

Liz's former lovers (l to r): Lord Lichfield, Seve Ballesteros, James HuntHe added: "To say that Liz’s assets would drive a wedge between club members is frankly ridiculous – though I must admit that it is a delicious prospect. But with our membership being otherwise restricted to Duffers we think a 36 handy cup is absolutely appropriate for us."

The spokesman continued: "At Anyone For Tee we just love to embrace double standards. So I am honoured to announce that Liz will play with me, the Club President, in our inaugural foursomes competition when we open next year. What a great pair that will make... and hopefully I’ll get to play a few shots as well."

Joseph KingLeading golfing sportswear company Gobra ('Supporting women's golf for over 20 years') has joined the furore and is accusing the golfing authorities of hypocrisy. "Would the PGA have banned Colin Montgomery if they had discovered he had posed bottomless in the Full Monty?", asked Chairman and Chief Executive Joseph King (left). "OK the movie may have been – but not Colin."

The Hoad Holder sports bra, by GobraGobra has underlined its full support by launching a new 'Hoad Holder' model of their famous golfing bra. Capable of handling all handicups up to 36VV (Vesuvius Vesuvius) and minimising painful breast bounce, the new line (pictured right) will keep Liz’s assets out of sight, out of trouble – but, sadly, still out of Wentworth.

A word from the editors of Anyone For Tee: Liz Hoad deserved better treatment than this. As Joseph King of Gobra rightly said, this entire case smacks of hypocrisy.

Wentworth plays host to many major tournaments, including the world famous HSBC World Matchplay Championship. As our photo below illustrates, the Club is not averse to using a little titillation of its own to promote itself!

We at Anyone For Tee strongly believe that Liz should be reinstated at Wentworth, and are ready to campaign tirelessly for the rights (and the lefts) of well-endowed topless models to belong to senior golf clubs.

If you would like to add your voice to this worthy cause, simply send us an e-mail by clicking here, and we will draw up a petition on behalf of Liz, and send it to the Club.

Go on, click! Liz needs your suppport! Thank you.
